Executive Director, Susan G Komen® Central Indiana – Seeking an experienced leader and passionate breast health advocate to take the local lead in realizing Komen’s BOLD GOAL of reducing US deaths from breast cancer by 50% by 2026.  Exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, health -oriented candidate who possesses strong leadership, interpersonal, fund raising, and business skills. As the local affiliate of the international Komen organization, covering 41 counties, we raise and distribute more than $1.7 million annually to fund research, outreach, and navigation care.  Total budget of $2 million, and staff of eight. Must be passionate about saving lives, bring the courage to lead, work hands-on to drive our individual donor development program, and collaborate with our partners across the community. 10 years progressively more responsible professional roles, including at least five years of supervisory or leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field or extensive experience. Prefer advanced degree. Internship Opportunities

Komen Central Indiana internships offer an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience while working in a supportive atmosphere. We offer flexible scheduling, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Internship terms are a minimum of 3 months, with possibility to extend after the first term. All internships are unpaid.
